Online presale
www.ticketservice.nl sells economical e-tickets until 6.00 pm on the day of the event. Handling fees for print-at-home tickets are considerably lower than for hard-copy tickets delivered by mail or purchased at a presale retail outlet.

Presale for theatre and cinema events also starts as soon as possible. Tickets can be purchased or reserved from the moment that the event is listed on our website.

How do I purchase an e-ticket?
To order directly online: click on ‘tickets’ at the event of your choice on this website or go to www.ticketservice.nl. Choose ‘TicketFast’ tickets in the ordering process.
You may pay with your credit card or via iDEAL (for Dutch debit card holders).
You will receive an electronic ticket by e-mail that you must print out so it can be scanned at the entrance of Melkweg.

Handling fee for e-tickets
up to € 9.99: € 1.50
between € 10.00 and € 19.99: € 2.50
from € 20.00: € 3.00
Cinema and theatre e-tickets have no payable handling fee.
Apart from handling fees Ticket Service Netherlands also charges handling fees. These amount to 3.5% of the total sum.

You can buy e-tickets (TicketFast) as well as hard-copy tickets that are delivered by mail via online presale. The handling fees for e-tickets are considerably lower than those that include delivery by mail. E-tickets for theatre and cinema events have no payable handling fee at all. If you do not own a printer, it is better to choose for tickets that are delivered by mail.

Tip: A Melkweg Membership is required for most events. This means that every visitor must be in possession of a valid membership ticket. You can purchase a monthly membership together with your presale ticket. This prevents waiting lines on the evening of the event. Click here for more info on our membership.

Box office opening times:
The box office is opened daily from 4.30 pm. Closing times vary depending on the ending times of an evening or nightly event. On Friday and Saturday nights closing time is at 3.00 am.

Sales outlets:
Sales outlets for Ticket Service Nederland are located in more than 150 larger post offices, GWK offices in stations and VVV offices across the Netherlands. They will continue selling tickets up until the day of the event.
