They are young, raw, emotional, hurt, obviously angry and intense. Black Foxxes are a powertrio from Exeter, Devon that combine '90s grunge and indie rock influences with early 2000s emo and alt-country elements. The band was formed in 2014 by the three friends. Their debut album “I'm Not Well” (2016) was released by Universal daughter Spinefarm records and brings a dynamic mix of raw noise, pure melody and vocal breaks that might remind you of Brian Molko and Biffy Clyro. This Grunge explosion is expected to have the Upstairs audience instantly fall for them and this show will leave a lasting memory with the visitor.
