2016 has been a bizarre year for De Likt. This Rotterdam formation played festivals such as Paaspop, Lowlands and Zwarte Cross after a successful club tour. The combination of minimal techno and italo by John van Beek, the varied funky garnish by Giorgi Kuiper and the spiced lyrics by Jordy Dijkshoorn developed a unique sound. The mainstream audience knows De Likt from the video 'Praat Rotterdams Met Me' and their first single and video 'Ja Dat Bedoel Ik', which gained millions of views on YouTube.
De Likt will share the stage with Little Big. Little Big presents a radical sound from Russia. Heavy raverap tracks, with bizarre yet brilliant clips, showing a raw and ugly picture from Russia.
The Russian response to 'Die Antwoord', earlier performed on Lowlands and the Old Hall. Every Russian cliché is made fun of, from folk dancers, hooligans, Pussy Riot and of course Wodka. It's bizarre, rough and straight from the street.
