Eartheater

Eartheater is the musical project of American artist Alexandra Drewchin. Her experimental sound is characterised by hypnotic electronica and psych-folk, assisted by Drewchin's chilling vocals. In it, she practices her own form of poetic alchemy. The Queens-based artist has long dealt with themes of erosion and hardening, and the infinite possibilities of metamorphosis.

On her latest album Powders (released last year), Eartheater connects alchemical forces from every phase of her career, dissolving her work into atomised particles ripe for reconstruction.
