Singer/songwriter Jacob Whitesides is best known for his earnest, melodic pop and online cover songs. Born in Knoxville in 1997, he picked up the guitar after being inspired by bluegrass kings The SteelDrivers in 2008. By his teens, Whitesides was playing shows around Knoxville and had already garnered a huge online following for his YouTube cover songs. His sophomore EP and first album of all-original material, 'A Piece Of Me' is a collection of songs that allow fans to follow Jacob’s creative growth to the next level, and one that will certainly be lapped up by his ever-growing legion of fans, The Whitesiders.
