The French-Haitian global star Naïka is coming to Melkweg. The fast-rising, genre-blending powerhouse whose music reflects her international background. She spent her early years in Guadeloupe, surrounded by sounds ranging from her mother’s Haitian lullabies to her father’s guitar. This fusion shaped the eclectic artistic style that defines Naïka today. Her genre-defying sound —an addictive blend of pop, world music, and touches of R&B quickly resonated with listeners worldwide, and on March 10 the global star will bring her boundary-pushing sound to Melkweg.
