American musician Nick Hakim gained international attention in 2017 with his eclectic album "Green Twins," with influences ranging from R&B, indie and soul to Chilean folk music from his youth. In the musical waters of downtempo psychedelic acts such as Unknown Mortal Orchestra and Khruangbin, the New Yorker also knows how to make his own mark with his stirring melancholic folk and raw fragility.
His brand new album 'COMETA' is out now, featuring the single "Happen" - a collaboration with Alex G (on piano) and Mark Ronson.
