Get ready for the new Jamaican roots generation! Samory I from Kingston broke through a few years ago with his debut album 'Black Gold' and conquered the reggae world with his unique voice full of emotion. Last fall, his new album 'Strength' was finally released, produced by Winta James (Protoje, Chronixx) and featuring guest vocals from the likes of Lila Iké, Kabaka Pyramid and of course his buddy Mortimer - that other amazing roots talent. The album is named after his son, who appears on the cover along with Samory. Now the singer is finally coming to the Melkweg with his band!
