Brooklyn’s Talib Kweli is revered for his insightful, intelligent lyrics and advanced technical skills on the mic. The earnest MC became one of the most critically acclaimed rappers of his era, rising to prominence in the late '90s when he formed Reflection Eternal with DJ Hi-Tek and collaborated with Mos Def as part of the iconic group Black Star.
