The number one Dutch underground band The Ex exists for 40 years this year and this is celebrated with a great night in the OZ. The Ex was founded in 1979 from the local squat movement and is a unique avant-ethno-improv-punk-band, one that Amsterdam can be proud of! The band toured all over the world including a few tours in Ethiopia, where they fallen in love with the music and culture and formed a strong connection with the country. For this anniversary they invited the Ethiopian music and dance acts Fendika and Circus Debere Berhan for a very special multi-disciplinary night!
