The energetic trio YONAKA from Brighton previously conquered the MAX as support for Palaye Royale. Following the release of their new EP 'Welcome To My House,' there is even more reason to bring the band back to Amsterdam for their own headline show.
With their captivating fusion of pop, punk, hip-hop, and hypnotic alternative rock, the trio burrow deep inside themes of mental health, empowerment and the here and now with clear intention and expansive vision. Heavy riffs, melodic hooks, and on-stage punk furor quickly position the band alongside names such as Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Royal Blood.
During the opening act, Mimi Barks and NOISY set our OZ on fire. Berlin-based Mimi Barks combines elements of trap, metal, and punk, all with a feminine twist. If you're more into electronic trap beats, then you're in the right place with the trio NOISY.
