Yüzyüzeyken Konusuruz

Turkish indie folk band Yüzyüzeyken Konuşuruz is coming to Melkweg! The band began in May 2011 simply as a project consisting of songs by a young songwriter that were recorded and released with a video camera. After people showed great interest in the songs being released and the project received great appreciation, Kaan Bosnak, met Engin Sevik, the group's electric guitarist.

The duo sings the stories of two young people stuck in the metropolis and about to become a lost generation. Yüzyüzeyken Konuşuruz, made up of Kaan Bosnak on guitar and vocals, Engin Sevik on electric guitar, Can Tunaboylu on bass guitar and Can Kalyoncu on drums, have continuously developed their musical style, which they initially called "indie-folk." The band dares to experiment with electronic elements and dance beats and an absolute must for fans of acts such as Altin Gün, Mdou Moctar and Kikagaku Moyo.
