SIXTH EDITION IN-EDIT FROM 11 TO 21 APRIL IN MELKWEG

From 11 to 21 April 2024, the Melkweg will again be the venue for the sixth edition of the International Music Documentary Festival IN-EDIT and a first film selection has now been announced. 

The closing film is the Dutch premiere of The Stones and Brian Jones (2023, Nick Broomfield) which will be screened on Saturday 20 April. In addition, the programme includes The Legacy of J Dilla (2023, Esther Dere, Christopher Frierson), Scream of My Blood: A Gogol Bordello Story (2023, Nate Pommer, Eric Weinrib), Joan Baez: I am a Noise (2023, Karen O'Connor, Miri Navasky, Maeve O'Boyle), Max Roach: The Drum Also Waltzes (2023, Sam Pollard, Ben Shapiro) and They Shot the Piano Player (2023, Fernando Trueba and Javier Mariscal) in association with Kaboom Animation Festival. 

IN-EDIT was launched in Barcelona, where it recently took place for the 21st time. Since then, editions have been organised worldwide with more than 100,000 visitors a year. An environment buzzing with the love of film ánd music. The rest of the line-up will be announced soon and ticket sales start 12 March!
