After the success of his 2022 EP Le Piano, Donny Benét returns with the next chapter in his instrumental series: Il Basso.
Paying tribute to the bass this time—the foundation, the glue, and at times the undeniable boss of music—Il Basso showcases Donny’s passion for the bottom end.
To celebrate, Donny will be taking Il Basso on tour, performing it live alongside all your favourite Benét classics. Expect an evening overflowing with passion, heat, and virtuosity from Don and his band.
SUPPORT: GIGI GIRLS
The support act for the evening is GiGi Girls, an audiovisual Italo-pop project from Cologne that combines classic Italo-pop with dream pop and modern synth-pop. Inspired by Italian pop culture of the 1970s and 1980s, the band creates a unique soundscape that bridges the gap between nostalgia and the present – characterised by catchy melodies, analogue synthesisers and a distinctive retro aesthetic.
GiGi Girls are supported by Liveurope: the first European initiative to support concert venues in promoting emerging musical talent from across Europe.
