Groundation

Groundation has been at the absolute forefront of American roots reggae since the late 1990s. The band around singer/guitarist Harrison Stafford is known for its tight reggae grooves full of jazz, funk and dub elements, and is back at Melkweg after five years to set the Max on fire with good vibes! The Californian band released its 10th studio album 'One Rock' in 2022, but this tour is also set to mark the 20th anniversary of their hit album 'Hebron Gate', with tracks like 'Jah Jah Know', 'Babylon Rule Dem' and 'Picture On The Wall'. The album will be played in full this show!
