London-based jazz-rock collective The Comet Is Coming builds on the (intergalactic) repertoire of Sun Ra, Frank Zappa, Jimi Hendrix and the BBC Radiophonic Workshops. Immerse yourself in their heady blend of jazz, psychedelic rock, afrobeat and electronic, beyond the venue and far into the cosmos. After successful shows in the past at Le Guess Who? and Other Futures Festival, and a brand new album on the shelves, on April 4 it is time for their first own club show in Melkweg.

Prior to The Comet Is Coming, producer and guitarist QUANZA will provide the OZ with his eclectic sound featuring live instrumentation and electronics, with a musical depth of electronic jazz, post rock and avant garde hip-hop.
