Accessibility | Cinema

The Cinema is our film venue and is located on the second floor of the building. This floor can be reached by lift. The venue has space for a total of 90 visitors.

The Cinema has seating only. The venue can be entered at ground level. There is no fixed space for wheelchairs in this venue. If you visit an event here as a wheelchair user, we are happy to look at the options together in advance. If you would like to do this, please contact us in good time at toegankelijkheid@melkweg.nl. You do not need to buy a special wheelchair ticket; you can use a regular ticket.

The Cinema shares its foyer with the UP hall. In this foyer you will find a bar, lockers, and toilets. There is no accessible toilet at the Cinema. Visitors can use the accessible toilet near the Max venue, on the ground floor. One of our staff members will be happy to show you the way. Please note that you will need to use the lift to reach this toilet, so it may take some time.
