The Vamps frontman Bradley Simpson first performed his solo show at The 100 Club in London in March, before releasing his first solo single ‘Cry At The Moon’ in April. The single holds the middle ground between a contemporary, pop-like take on classic 1970s Americana and a rousing intensity that reflects the spirit of indie rock greats. The song will be followed by several new singles later this year, including the single ‘Picasso’. Although 'Picasso' was an exception, many of the songs were written in the comfortable confines of his home studio: a converted attic accessible only by a rickety ladder. The singer previously performed at Melkweg with The Vamps, and in October 2024 he returns with a solo show at our MAX!
