The British band Fischer-Z has been making exciting, provocative pop records since the late 1970s as part of the new wave explosion of that time. With albums like 'Word Salad', 'Going Deaf For A Living', and 'Red Skies Over Paradise', they have scored worldwide hits such as 'The Worker', 'Marliese', and 'So Long'.
This year, Fischer-Z treats us to a double dose of new music. Two albums that highlight the themes close to frontman John Watts: people, politics, and psychology. On one hand, there's the band album 'Triptych'. However, this autumn, Watts will come solo to Amsterdam as part of the second, alternative album 'Red Flag Record'.
