CEASE FIRE NOW! PRINT SALE

Cease Fire Now! Print sale

Melkweg, Paradiso and Save the Children are organising the fundraiser ‘Cease Fire Now!’ on Wednesday evening 15 November and are demanding an immediate ceasefire. This is necessary to be able to start humanitarian aid from organisations such as Save the Children and save lives. The news and images that have come to us from Israel and the Gaza Strip since the beginning of October have stirred up many emotions. In addition to sadness and anger, there is also a great sense of powerlessness. Melkweg and Paradiso are organising an evening to come together with others who also want to do something for all the innocent civilian victims of this war and to raise money for Save the Children. View the full programme and buy tickets here.

During this benefit event, Melkweg Expo will launch a special photography print sale in collaboration with Fotolab Kiekie, of which all proceeds will go to Save the Children. This is a unique opportunity to acquire art works for a good cause. All prints come in an edition of five and in sizes 20 x 30 cm.

Participating photographers:

David van Dartel

Desiré van den Berg

Farren van Wyk

MAryam Touzani

How does it work?
1. Attend the fundraising event 15 November (entrance: 25, 50 or 100 euros) and choose your print.

2. Determine the amount you would like to donate. Prints can be bought for 25, 50 or 100 euros (or more): whatever you can miss for this important cause.

3. You can take it home with you and enjoy it immediately.

Can you use some fresh photography on your walls and do you want to contribute to raising funds for an important cause at the same time? Then buy a print for Save The Children during the fundraising event. We hope to see you there!
