What You Could Not Visualise: Rema-Rema (2022)

'What You Could Not Visualise' is an intimate portrait of the legendary 4AD band Rema-Rema. Rema-Rema were part of the initial wave of post punk bands that formed around 1978-1980 after the demise of punk. No footage exists of the band live and only a handful of photos survive creating a myth around the band that still exists today. Director Marco Porsia ('Swans: Where Does a Body End?') goes on an archeological exploration to resurrect the band’s unique history and story and find the driving forces behind their ground breaking sound.
