British post-punk band Joy Division presented the ultimate sound of darkness between 1976 and 1980 and came up with Post Punk. Their legendary debut album “Unknown Pleasures” is seen as the start of the New Wave movement in the 1980s and influenced bands such as Echo & The Bunnyman, The Cure, U2, Bauhaus, The Sound and many other iconic bands from that period.
Joy Division Undercover is held in high esteem by press and public alike and is seen as the best Joy Division tribute band ever. With guitarist Henk Koorn (Hallo Venray) and singer Erny Green (The Eternal) you can't expect anything else. Erny Green's voice uncannily matches the voice of Ian Curtis.
